Just load it up on a truck and move it somewhere else.
They're probably taking it to a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! somewhere...

That happens here in Finland. Couple of years ago it snowed very heavily for the whole winter. Most of the snow was pushed out of the roads into big piles. Then the big piles were transported with trucks into a madly sized impossibly big pile. The pile was so big that the last snow melted in July. And that was during really hot (probably not comparable to Arizona hot) summer.
In the next year they decided use another method. There was again plenty of snow. They decided to drop the snow from the trucks into the sea. They got one tug boat to keep one spot of the sea free of ice and the tug boat driver (pilot, skipper?) drove circles in that small area for the whole snowy season to mix up the snow to the sea water.
The tug boat driver must have had the most boring job ever.

Spread it on the roads and have a drift competition.

Yeah it's pretty common here in Wisconsin too. First we get big piles of snow in parking lots like this one at the grocery store that I decided to drive my Jeep into on Sunday...
...and then the trucks start moving the snow to some other place.

Same. (cause Canada). They have a really huge snow blower that blows it into dump trucks.

up here in Portland Maine they do this all the time. An army of loaders and trucks get it done when they call a parking ban. Used to dump it in the ocean till they realized that the shit they put on the roads aint good for the fishies

It might have worked. This year there hasn't been much snow.
